Coffee Meeting: Supporting Diamond OA from the library

In this coffee moment, Chiara Livio (Utrecht University) will introduce and discuss the outputs of the OSNL-funded meeting Developing a Diamond OA Discovery Kit held in May 2024 in collaboration with Maria Constantin, Erica Yu, and Anne van den Maagdenberg. 

Together, we will first  evaluate how the Diamond OA Recommendations for Libraries and Research Support Institutions | Zenodo  are currently implemented by our university libraries and which recommendations require additional support, focusing in particular on the four identified areas of interest:

1-Improve registration & reporting of Diamond OA; 

2-Build a business case for Diamond OA; 

3-Outreach; 

4-Collaboration. 

At the end of the discussion, Chiara will give a short tour of an interactive Tapestry created in collaboration with Lena Ryzhova, which showcases and connects existing national and international resources on Diamond OA related to these four areas.
