Peer review is a finite resource, and every review invitation presents a choice about where our time goes. The Diamond Reviewer Pledge asks researchers to commit to reviewing at least one article a year for a diamond open access journal — free to publish, free to read, and run by the scholarly community. It takes a minute to sign and helps sustain the journals that keep research open to everyone.
By committing to reviewing at least one article per year for a diamond open access journal; one that charges nothing to publish and nothing to read and is run by and for the scholarly community. It's a minimum commitment to make sure some of our (unpaid) reviewing time flows back into the journals that support open research. This initiative is launched during Peer Review Week (Sept 14–18) which this year is themed around capacity: how the research community can deal with rising submissions and a reviewer pool under pressure. The pledge is one small, concrete way for researchers to be intentional about where they send their reviewing capacity.

- Encourage other researchers within thier field to sign the pledge. So please spread it around, including the attached materials.
- Click "Enlist me in a future reviewer database for diamond OA journals." This way, other Diamond OA journals can find you and invite you to review!
